GPI Medical Centre, Monton, Eccles

The three storey Medical Centre and Pharmacy building was constructed on the canal side at Monton, Greater Manchester.

Designed to reflect and harmonise with the surrounding location and canal side moorings, the contract was completed in just 49 weeks from an October start on site.

The project was carried out under the design and build form of procurement.
