Wildgoose Construction Ltd is a Strategic Framework Partnering Contractor with a number of organisations and has an early involvement in the design process, advising on construction methods, materials, best value and specifications to establish a guaranteed maximum price and programme for projects in the public and private sectors.
Partnering arrangements include clients with whom we work with on a regular basis on new build, extension and alteration contracts that benefit from the Wildgoose philosophy of a non adversarial approach to contracting.
We are fully committed to the principle established within ‘Rethinking Construction’ with Company Directors encouraging the staff to secure future workload by this method.
