Freckleton Primary Care Centre

The two storey Primary Care Centre was procured under the design and build form of contract and included doctors surgeries, treatment and consulting rooms, reception and waiting areas as well as a pharmacy department and meeting rooms.

Incorporated into the design was a rotunda feature to the front elevation with a speed deck roof.  The 57 week contract included for all landscaping works to the external areas.

The facility is shared between two doctor's surgeries and the Fylde Primary Care Trust.
