The facility will house accommodation for both clinical and non clinical staff and has been designed to a BREEAM rating of Excellent

Opened in Spring 2011, the construction work was completed in just 42 weeks and will be the permanent replacement for the old Bridge Street practice where space had become a restricting issue.
