Bradford Medical Centre

Wildgoose Construction has completed a new Medical Centre and Pharmacy in Moorside, Bradford on behalf of GPI Ltd. The medical centre which will deliver 670 sqm of space serving 6,600 patients; Moorside Surgery is a growing 4 Partner practice and the new facility will see provision of additional services such as minor surgery and a 100 hour pharmacy as a result of this exciting local development.

The £1.5m development involved the demolition of the existing housing and garages followed by the construction of a new two storey medical centre which was designed and constructed to BREEAM “Excellent” Accreditation.

Wildgoose's managing director Tim Walker said: "We are pleased to be working with GPI. We have a long association with the group and this will be the 17th medical centre we have constructed for them."
